3. Profile System & Accountability Matching
User Profiles

- Users can be found via username search for accountability partnerships

Accountability Partner Matching
- Users are matched with accountability partners to support productivity goals
- Matching considers compatibility factors including:
- Age preferences
- Gender preferences
- Languages spoken

- Premium users have access to enhanced filtering options
4. Productivity Features
Task Management
- Task lists and individual tasks are stored in Firebase
- Time tracking data for focus sessions and productivity analytics
- Activity data including focus mode usage and completion rates
- Reward system data (coins/blocks) for completed tasks and achievements
Messaging & Communication
Chat Storage
- All messages with accountability partners are stored indefinitely in Firebase
- When a user deletes messages:
- Messages are removed for both users
- Deleted permanently from our servers
Photo Sharing
- Users can send photos (no videos) to accountability partners
- Recipient must approve first-time image sends from each user
Blocking Users
- Blocking prevents all future communication
- Existing messages remain visible unless deleted

- Track and analyze your productivity progress and focus sessions
- Match you with compatible accountability partners
- Process payments via Google Play/Apple App Store

11. AI Productivity Coach (Gemini 1.5 Flash)
- Messages are processed by Google's AI services
- No end-to-end encryption - conversations are not suitable for sensitive topics
- Used for productivity coaching, motivation, and task-related guidance
- Limited to 50 responses per user per day
12. Data Rights
Account Deletion
- Deleting your account erases all data immediately
- This includes task data, productivity history, and chat messages
- No option to download data export (all information is permanently deleted)

13. Children's Privacy
DuoFocus is strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us immediately to delete any accidental underage account data.
